These Terms govern use of Moriah Quest at play.moriahworks.com by Moriah Works. Accounts are for adults; children use codes from authorized adults.
2. Subscriptions
Payments via Stripe. Cancel through Customer Portal; access until period end. Fees non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Acceptable use
No sharing access outside household/licensed seats, no scraping or redistributing content, no circumventing authentication.
4. Disclaimer
App provided "as is." Educational tool — not a substitute for pastoral care or denominational curriculum compliance.
5. Liability
Liability limited to fees paid in prior 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.
