Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Moriah Works ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. It applies to moriahworks.com and all of its subpages, including the Moriah Quest waitlist at moriahworks.com/quiz.

We keep this plain and honest. We are a small faith-focused company, not an advertising platform — your information is used only to serve you.

2. Information We Collect

Waitlist signups. When you join the Moriah Quest waitlist, we collect:

• Email address — required to add you to the list and contact you.
• Name — optional; helps us write to you personally.
• Role — whether you are a parent, teacher, or church leader. Required so we can understand who is interested in Moriah Quest.
• Church or organization name — optional.
• Date and time of signup — recorded automatically when your entry is saved.

IP-based rate limiting. Our signup server (a Cloudflare Worker) reads your IP address to enforce a simple abuse-prevention limit: no more than five signup attempts from the same IP within 60 seconds. This check is stored as a short-lived record in Cloudflare KV that expires automatically after 120 seconds. It is never linked to your signup data, never written to our database, and is not used to build a profile about you.

What we do not collect. We do not run behavioral tracking, build advertising profiles, or collect payment information through this site.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you give us to:

• Add you to the Moriah Quest waitlist and confirm your spot.
• Email you about Moriah Quest — launch news, early access invitations, and founding-member pricing.
• Understand overall interest in the product (e.g., how many parents vs. teachers have signed up) so we can build the right thing.

We send email through Resend (resend.com), a third-party email delivery provider. Your email address is shared with Resend only to deliver our messages — they are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

4. Where Your Information Is Stored

Waitlist signup data (email, name, role, organization, and timestamp) is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database on infrastructure we control. Cloudflare is our hosting and CDN provider; your data is stored in their data centers and subject to their security practices. You can learn more at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

5. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
• We do not share your information with advertisers or third-party marketing lists.
• We do not contact you about anything other than Moriah Works products and services.
• We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with data brokers.

6. Cookies & Tracking

This site does not set marketing or advertising cookies and does not use third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics). We do not track you across other websites.

Cloudflare security cookies. Cloudflare may set essential security cookies (such as those used for bot management or DDoS protection) as part of serving the site. These are operational, not marketing-related.

CDN asset requests. This page loads fonts from Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS framework from a CDN. When your browser fetches those assets, your IP address and browser user-agent are transmitted to those CDN providers as part of a standard HTTP request. We do not control or receive that data.

7. Your Choices

• Unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it at any time to stop hearing from us.
• Access or delete. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond promptly.

8. Children's Privacy

Moriah Quest is designed for children to use — but the waitlist on this website is intended for adults: parents, teachers, and church leaders. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this site. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without a parent's permission, please contact us at [email protected] and we will remove it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time as our practices or the law requires. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify waitlist members by email. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
